Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies is hiring a Coffee Barista for Kenangan Coffee in Cavite. You will deliver warm service, craft high-quality beverages, and help maintain a clean, inviting counter to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or F&B experience is preferred, training will be provided.
• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items to company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and food preparation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Represent the Kenangan Coffee brand positively in every customer interaction.
