Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Engage customers in a positive manner, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, blended beverages, and other café items according to recipes.
• Ensure the consistent quality of all beverages and food items served.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.
• Support events and promotions with the team at off-site events and pop-ups.
