Job summary

Chowking in BGC, Taguig is seeking a Barista to join a fast-paced team dedicated to quality milk tea and beverages. You will prepare drinks to standard recipes, provide friendly customer service, maintain cleanliness, and support inventory and daily operations.

The ideal candidate is a high school graduate or college level with good communication skills and the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare milk tea, fruit teas, coffee, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes.
• Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and proper presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Monitor and replenish ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials.
• Assist with inventory counting, store opening/closing, and daily operations.
• Properly handle and store ingredients to minimize wastage.
• Follow proper tea brewing, pearl preparation, flavor mixing, and drink customization procedures.
