GOLDEN ABC, INCORPORATED is hiring friendly baristas in Balintawak, Quezon City to join our fast-paced cafe team. We welcome candidates with at least 6 months experience in food and beverage, coffee, or customer service and a willingness to learn manual brewing techniques and signature recipes.

You will prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes, operate POS systems, and help maintain cleanliness and food safety.

Qualifications

At least 6 months of experience in food & beverage, coffee, or customer service (retail, hospitality).
Willingness to learn manual brewing techniques and signature recipes
Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and extended mall hours
Able to stand for extended periods (6–8 hours per shift)
Able to work in a high-traffic retail environment with background noise

Willing to work at Balintawak Quezon City.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes and quality guidelines
Execute batch brew, cold brew, manual pour-over, and signature drink preparations with consistency
Operate beverage equipment and POS systems
Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and proper beverage presentation
Support team members during peak hours
