Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Barista to join But First, Coffee Inc. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch by preparing high-quality beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the company's standards for product quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, processing payments, and resolving customer concerns professionally.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash and cashless transactions accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenish stocks, and assist with stock receiving and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the café, equipment, and work areas in compliance with food safety standards.
• Support daily branch operations by completing opening and closing duties and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Barista, Food and Beverage Crew, or in a customer service-related role.
• Knowledgeable in branch operations, including customer service, beverage preparation, cash handling, inventory management, sales reporting, and food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work full-time onsite and preferably residing in Taytay, Rizal or nearby areas.
• Flexible to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
