Job summary

The Court Avenue is seeking a friendly Barista to join our team in a dynamic cafe setting. You will prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and a variety of beverages, greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space.

Ideal candidates are sharp, reliable, and able to work in shifts including weekends and holidays. Training will be provided to ensure consistency with our recipes, hygiene standards, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, fruit juices, shakes, yogurt-based drinks, and other café menu items

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service area

Ensure proper food and beverage presentation

Handle cashiering and payment transactions when assigned

Monitor stock levels and report low supplies

Follow company recipes, hygiene standards, and operational procedures

Support the team in delivering fast and excellent customer service

Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate

Willing to be trained

Good communication and customer service skills

Neat, presentable, and professional in appearance

Can work in a fast-paced environment

Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Trustworthy, hardworking, and team-oriented

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and drink assembly

Cash handling and POS familiarity is a plus

Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
