Forbestown BGC Kiosk

Uncle Bob’s PH is looking for a friendly, energetic, and health-conscious Juice Bar Associate to join our first kiosk in Forbestown, Bonifacio Global City.

If you love wellness, enjoy interacting with people, and have experience working in juice bars, cafés, smoothie shops, or health food stores, we’d love to meet you.

You will be the face of Uncle Bob’s, helping introduce customers to our sea moss wellness products, smoothies, and nutrition-focused drinks.

Key Responsibilities

Juice Bar Operations

• Prepare Uncle Bob’s exclusive smoothies, shakes, and wellness drinks
• Ensure all drinks follow our exact recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk bar and prep station
• Properly handle and store ingredients following food safety standards

Customer Experience

• Welcome customers and explain Uncle Bob’s mission, ingredients, and wellness benefits
• Educate customers about sea moss and gut health
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
• Deliver a friendly, premium customer service experience
• Upsell Uncle Bob’s Sea Moss Jars, Wellness Shots, and Smoothies
• Help customers understand how to incorporate sea moss into their routine
• Meet sales targets with commission incentives for jar and drink sales

Inventory & Organization

• Monitor daily ingredient usage and track inventory levels
• Ensure proper FIFO (first in, first out) stock rotation
• Help restock supplies and maintain ingredient freshness
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing storage

Brand Representation

• Share Uncle Bob’s mission of holistic wellness and real ingredients
• Encourage customers to follow Uncle Bob’s on Instagram and social media
• Help create a welcoming, positive wellness community at the kiosk
