About Pure Pantry:

Pure Pantry is a premium health café inside the Clinic, offering freshly pressed juices, light meals, guilt-free snacks, and wellness shots. Our goal is to provide customers with nutritious and delicious options that align with their aesthetic and wellness journey.

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Juice Barista with a background in cashiering to join our team.

1. Prepare and serve freshly pressed juices, wellness shots, and other beverages according to Pure Pantry’s menu.
2. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks and light meals.
3. Educate customers about the health benefits of juices and ingredients used.
4. Handle cash and digital transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
5. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the juice bar area, equipment, and utensils.
6. Manage inventory and restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
7. Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment.
8. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
9. Assist in daily opening and closing duties of the café.

Qualifications

• College Graduate in any course, with at least 1 year of experience as a Barista, Juice Maker, or in a similar food/beverage role
• With pleasing personality, tall, and smart
• Previous experience as a Cashier or familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and guidelines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Food safety training or certification is an advantage
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Salary Range: PHP 18,000–PHP 25,000/month
