Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate; college-level preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode systems/software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Physically fit to handle warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Generate, print, and affix barcode labels to products, supplies, and company assets
• Operate barcode scanners and related equipment to record inventory movements
• Maintain accurate records of barcoded items in the inventory management system
• Conduct routine checks to ensure barcode readability and compliance with standards
• Assist in stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely tagging of items
• Safeguard company property and uphold accountability procedures
• Follow occupational safety and health standards when handling equipment and materials
