Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned Business Transformation Manager to lead modernization efforts in Banking and Compliance using Generative AI and Lean methodologies. You will design end-to-end transformation roadmaps and oversee change management to ensure adoption of new processes.

This role is based in Taguig with a return-to-office setup and a focus on building scalable operating models. The ideal candidate brings 8–12 years in business excellence and a background in financial services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years in Business Excellence/Transformation/Continuous Improvement.
• Experience in Banking and/or Financial Crime operations/Financial Services.
• Background in process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Individual contributor with potential supervisory exposure as the FS tower grows.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization and optimization of Banking and Compliance processes using AI and traditional methods.
• Advocate Transformation solutions for end-to-end client programs to achieve Future Ready Operations.
• Design streamlined workflows to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Develop and execute change management strategies for successful adoption.
• Establish KPIs and Transformation Roadmaps; engage with senior leadership to optimize value.
• Drive Work Orchestration via Lean, Flexible Operating Models, and Agile workforce.
