HRTx Inc. is seeking a Financial Solutions Specialist to be embedded within bank branches in the Philippines.

You will promote life insurance and investment products, build strong relationships with bank staff and customers, understand financial goals, and deliver excellent service while achieving sales targets. You will conduct needs analyses, provide tailored financial solutions, and attend regular trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Sales or banking/insurance experience is a plus (6+ months).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote life insurance and investment products to bank customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with bank staff to generate referrals and leads.
• Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend suitable solutions.
• Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction and retention; attend training.
