The role requires excellent communication, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to be deployed to bank branches. licensure helpful; training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• 6 months+ experience in financial services, sales, banking, or insurance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Results-driven and motivated to help clients achieve financial well-being.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with bank personnel to drive referrals and leads.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance or investment solutions.
• Provide personalized consultations to walk-in clients and bank customers.
• Educate clients on savings, insurance, and investment products aligned to goals.
• Ensure smooth sales process from consultation to policy issuance and servicing.
• Expand client base through after-sales engagement and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Maintain regulatory and company policy-compliant documentation.
