Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related banking field.
1–2 years of experience as Legal Assistant, Legal Paralegal, or Document Specialist in a bank, financial institution, or law firm.

Draft, review, and organize basic legal documents and bank instruments.
Review loan agreements, mortgage documents, and title verification.
Coordinate with external legal counsels and prepare case folders.
Assist in corporate secretarial documents and regulatory filings.
