Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) in Nasugbu, Batangas, seeks a Customer Sales and Service Associate to handle financial and non-financial transactions and to assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, account opening and other services. The CSSA will also promote digital channels, perform KYC, and support branch sales targets through proactive cross-selling of bank products.

This on-site role requires accuracy and strong customer service.

Formación

• Experience in handling over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals and transfers.
• Ability to explain terms and perform KYC procedures.
• Strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and transfers.
• Open new accounts with proper RM records.
• Explain terms and conduct KYC for customers.
• Balance cash and safeguard accountable forms at end of day.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
