Job summary

Metrobank in Makati City is seeking a Customer Service Representative- Teller to join our customer-focused team. You will handle cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and check encashments while ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank procedures.

You will also post transaction adjustments at the start of the banking day, process fund transfers and remittances, handle outward clearing, and promote our bank's products and services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate of business or finance.

Responsibilities

• Cash handling and processing of cash/check deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, closing of accounts; signature verification.
• Posts of all transaction adjustments to the Current Account/Savings Account (CA/SA) terminal at the start of banking day.
• Accepts and processes various fund transfers and remittances payments.
• Handles outward clearing operations.
• Sells the Bank’s and subsidiaries’ products and services.
