Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to process deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange and remittances accurately and efficiently in line with bank standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, willingness to work onsite in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, and strong communication skills. You will deliver prompt service to clients and support bank product promotion as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
