Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to perform over-the-counter transactions, deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and payments in line with the bank's standards and requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, up to one year of branch operations experience (fresh graduates welcome), and strong communication skills. Willingness to work onsite in Manila 2 Area is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year experience in branch operations preferred but open to fresh graduates.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Manila 2 Area.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to clients, including promotion of bank products and services.
• Performs other duties as required and ensures compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
