Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to handle over-the-counter transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and remittances at our Las Piñas branch. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness while upholding bank standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, adherence to policies, and participation in cross-selling bank products where appropriate. Fresh graduates are welcome, and on-site work in Las Piñas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Las Piñas Area.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
