The role emphasizes accurate processing and customer service within a branch environment in Canlubang, Laguna. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (Business preferred) and up to one year of branch operations experience, with strong communication skills and willingness to work onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one year experience in branch operations, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
