Citi in the Philippines is seeking a Banking Support Analyst to assist Investment Banking teams with data gathering, market analysis, and reporting. You will support deal execution, due diligence, and preparation of client materials, while maintaining data integrity and compliance with internal controls.

The role requires up to 2 years of relevant experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and effective communication within a global team.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or a related field.
• Proven ability to gather, organize, and analyze data effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets and concepts, banking operations preferred.
• Commitment to maintaining data accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data gathering and documentation for potential deals.
• Support senior team members in identifying conflicts of interest.
• Compile market data and create basic charts for presentations.
• Prepare competitor analysis reports with guidance from seniors.
• Maintain databases of contacts and client information under supervision.
• Distribute market research reports to the banking team per procedures.
• Execute tasks related to deals, business development, and product/coverage efforts.
• Collect, organize, and validate data for reporting and analysis.
• Create reports, presentations, and marketing materials with accuracy.
• Update databases related to clients, transactions, and market data.
• Assist with due diligence and risk assessments by gathering information.
• Assist with deal-oriented and operational tasks, including timelines.
• Collaborate to improve data management and workflows.
