Responsabilidades

• Transaction Processing – fast and accurate delivery of banking transactions and services.
• Over-the-counter deposits/withdrawals, encashment/check payments, bills payments and sundry transactions.
• Auxiliary transactions: foreign exchange, manager’s check/demand draft, remittance, bills purchase, debit card and checkbook requests, bank certs and statements, stop payment orders.
• Keeps cash within limits; balances end-of-day transactions and accountable forms.
• Open accounts with single customer RM record; conduct KYC and explain terms.
• Ensure KYC and documents are complete, scanned and safekept; scan signature cards and documents.
• Encourage customers to update contact information and bank records.
• Handle amendments/updates to customer records; obtain proper approvals beyond authority.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on appropriate transactions.
• Maintain branch operations per policies and regulatory requirements; end-of-day cash balancing if discrepancies.
• Custodian duties for cash and accountable items; safeguard passwords and keys.
• Inform customers of returned checks and disposition; prepare related letters to customers.
• Prepare outbound mail/pouch; process branch expenses; keep workstation and premises clean.
• Adhere to security, safety and health protocols; act as contingent signor when required.
• Support customers and assist cross-selling to Personal Banking clients; document interactions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 1. Transaction Processing – Provides fast and accurate delivery of banking transactionsand services1.1. Processes over-the-counter transactions, such as: cash and check deposits,withdrawals, encashment/check payments, bills payments and miscellaneous/sundrytransactions1.2. Processes auxiliary transactions such as but not limited to: foreign exchange, sale ofmanager’s check and demand draft, remittance, bills purchase, debit card andcheckbook requests, bank certification and bank statement requests, check-freeenrollment, stop payment order, etc1.3. Maintains working supply of cash within the prescribed limit and accountable forms1.4. Performs end-of-day balancing of own transactions including issued accountable forms1.5. Processes opening of accounts and ensures only one customer RM record is used1.6. Conducts KYC (Know Your Customer); Explains clearly the terms and conditions tocustomers1.7. Ensures all KYC and transaction documents are complete, scanned and properly safekept/ filed; Scans signature cards, transaction documents, etc. and prepares KYCdocuments for sending to scanning center1.8. Proactively asks clients to update their customer contact information and/or bankrecords, as applicable1.9. Handles request for amendments/updating of customer's bank records1.10. Secures proper approval for transactions beyond authority limit1.11. Conducts enhanced due diligence (EDD) on customer transactions, as applicable2. Operations, Control and Risk Management - Maintains an acceptable level of branchoperations consistent with internal policies, procedures, standards and regulatoryrequirements2.1. Conducts end-of-day balancing of cash and immediately reports any discrepancy2.2. Performs assigned custodianship functions; Acts as secondary/alternate custodian ofcash and other accountable items, as designated2.3. Safeguards own passwords and assigned keys at all times2.4. Informs clients of their returned checks and asks for disposition2.5. Prepares warning, collection and closing letters to clients with improperly handledaccounts2.6. Prepares outgoing mail/pouch for dispatch2.7. Processes payment of branch expenses2.8. Ensures upkeep of workstation and branch premises2.9. Adheres to security, safety and health protocols (e.g. social distancing, etc.)2.10. Acts as contingent C-signor in the system, upon approval of the Area Business Director (applicable to CSSA with at least a job level B)3. Customer Service and Sales - Ensures consistent and timely delivery of services tocustomers; Supports the branch in attaining sales and revenue targets3.1. Attends promptly to customer transactions, inquiries and requests, and providescustomer feedback3.2. Performs cross-selling to a defined list of Personal Banking customers and leads fromCustomer Relationship Marketing (CRM) programs3.3. Conducts call-outs and engages walk-in customers3.4. Encodes in all available reporting tools to document the results of client conversations3.5. On-boards clients to and promotes usage of digital channels4. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
