Responsibilities

• Process over-the-counter transactions such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashment, payments and miscellaneous transactions
• Assist UNIPRO for activities like scanning, filing of signature cards and other bank documents
• Review all check transactions and verify authenticity of notes received
• Cross-sell to existing clients of the branch
• Refer clients who have queries or are interested in other bank products
• Provide WOW Customer Experience to all transacting clients
• Perform other functions as assigned
