Job summary

Security Bank in Makati invites a Telesales Associate to drive channel and campaign targets through telemarketing callouts, promoting the Better Banking experience by offering multiple sales and marketing products, services and programs. You will conduct outbound calls, ensure accurate client data, comply with bank policies, and handle related tasks as assigned, with onsite work in Ayala, Makati.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and a Bachelor’s degree is required; communication skills in writing

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• With effective communication skills both in writing and speaking.
• Experience in sales or telemarketing is an advantage, but not required.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Ayala, Makati.

Responsibilities

• Conducts callouts to existing and new customers of the bank by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems and other telecommunication technologies to market product features and present benefits of the products accurately and persuasively and gather relevant client information needed to process application or requests.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency of client information via system access, dialer tools and quality control measures to achieve on-time and proper processing of applications/ requests and preventing customer complaints.
• Adhere to company rules and regulations using manuals, handbooks and memos pertaining to compliance to the policies and procedures based on the bank's guidelines.
• Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
