The Client Service Associate will process deposits, withdrawals, remittances and other transactions accurately and efficiently, in line with bank standards. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, promoting bank products when appropriate, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or preferred; business-related is a plus.
• Preferably at least one year experience in branch operations, but open to fresh graduates.
• Must communicate clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati area.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include promoting bank’s products and services.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
