Job summary

Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to elevate the skills of Tenured Sales Officers and Managers in a dynamic, people-first culture in Makati.

You will drive the development of training programs, maintain records, and create materials for onboarding and ongoing education. The role requires at least 4 years of experience in training, activation, and sales management, with strong capabilities in program design and Adult Learning systems, plus advanced PowerPoint skills

Qualifications

• College graduate with any degree.
• At least 4 years industry experience in training, activation and sales management.
• Experience in program design, Adult Learning System, delivery and evaluation.
• Excellent platform skills, written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and talent in graphic design or advanced PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve business goals by enhancing skills and competency of Tenured Sales Officers & Managers.
• Drive improvement thru continuous development of training academy & other modules needed.
• Maintain comprehensive training records, attendance tracking & other training files
• Create and/or procure digital and physical educational materials as needed
• Complement and provide support to onboarding training as needed
