Job summary
HRTx Inc. is hiring a Bancassurance Sales Executive for an on-site role in Visayas (Cebu, Bohol, Negros Oriental, Siquijor, Tagbilaran, Bacolod, Negros Occidental, Iloilo, Eastern Samar, Southern Leyte). Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year in sales or customer service are welcome.
You will identify opportunities, present financial solutions, and build long-term client relationships while aiming to meet sales targets and earn performance-based rewards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year in sales or customer service preferred in pharmaceuticals, banking, or financial services.
Responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities by reaching out to new leads, expanding your network, and asking for referrals.
- Provide financial solutions by presenting products clearly and matching them to clients' needs.
- Develop strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and supporting clients long-term.

- Share market insights by providing feedback and reports to help the team grow.
