Responsabilités

• Mix, knead, and shape dough for bread.
• Cut dough into uniform portions.
• Place pans of dough into the oven to bake.
• Remove baked products from the oven.
• Clean bakery utensils, equipment, and work area.
• Perform other duties in the kitchen as prescribed.
