Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other bakery products according to company standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment properly and safely.
• Ensure the quality, freshness, consistency, and presentation of all products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the baking area and equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Assist with inventory and proper storage of ingredients.
• Work efficiently and cooperatively with the bakery team.
