• Preparation of Ingredients: Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
• Baking: Operate ovens and other baking equipment, ensuring consistent baking results.
• Product Quality Control: Monitor the color, texture, and taste of baked goods, adjusting times and temperatures as needed.
• Decorating and Finishing: Decorate cakes, pastries, and breads with icing, glazes, or other finishing touches.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of supplies and order new ingredients as needed.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness of the baking area and proper handling of equipment.
