Job summary

General Milling Corporation (Cebu) is seeking a competent candidate to ensure efficient operation of the flour bagging and blending system at our facility. The role focuses on maximizing machine, raw material, and personnel utilization while meeting process and quality specifications.

The ideal candidate will understand bagging/blending processes, follow plant SOPs, communicate effectively, and plan operations to maintain smooth production.

Qualifications

• Must be at least a college level, preferably in the field of Engineering
• Must have a thorough understanding of the bagging and blending operations process flow
• Must have a thorough understanding of standard operating procedures and practices of the plant
• Must be able to effectively deal with people within and outside his operation
• Computer literate
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Must have good planning skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible in ensuring the efficient operation of the flour bagging and blending system.
• Ensures that the products are produced, based on process and quality specifications, at minimum cost, by maximizing utilization of machines, raw materials, and personnel.
• Reports all usages and events during the course of the operation.
• Operates the main panel board in the withdrawal of flour from the mill towards the designated flour packer carousel.
• Operates the flour blending system, and ensures the correct proportioning of the flour blending.
