Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking a Deals Posting Processor to ensure accurate and timely posting of automotive deals. This on-site role in Alabang, Muntinlupa, demands precision, speed, and integrity in every transaction.

You will work with Sales and Finance to resolve discrepancies, monitor KPIs, and uphold regulatory controls while using DMS and MS Office to streamline workflows. This position reports to Operations Lead and requires a full onsite commitment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines prepared to Shift into High Gear when volume spikes.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on Accelerating with Precision in every task.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards, consistently Steering with Integrity & Respect.
• Prior experience in automotive retail, finance, or BPO operations preferred.
• Amenability:Willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Available for a fixed weekday night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with weekends off.
