Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines is seeking a backend developer to design, build, and maintain the application's backend using .NET Core, Azure, microservices, SQL, and AKS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, ensure performance, and fix bottlenecks across services.

The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and a proactive attitude, with responsibilities including deployment management and API design.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building backend systems in .NET Core.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, microservices, SQL and AKS.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, JIRA) and CI/CD.
• Good understanding of API design, asynchronous programming and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of apps.
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve code quality.
• Manage deployment of applications and maintain automation.
• Understand requirements and implement new business functionality.
• Promote best practice design and maintain team communication.
• Experience with Azure Cloud and AKS preferred.
