Qualifications

• Experience as Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or AI/ML-focused Engineer.
• Python backend or AI development experience.
• Java backend or enterprise applications experience.
• Understanding of backend concepts: service integration, error handling, security basics.
• Familiarity with SQL; NoSQL is a plus.
• Foundational to practical understanding of AI, ML, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience in Agile development environment.
• Ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Python.
• Support AI or ML feature integration.
• Translate requirements into technical tasks and implementation approaches.
• Write clean, production-ready code with maintainability in mind.
