Job summary

Datafied is seeking a Backend Developer to join a health-tech initiative, leveraging a native-cloud AWS stack to build an enterprise-scale order lifecycle management system.

You will contribute to designing robust APIs and microservices, using services like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB and IAM to deliver scalable backend solutions.

This role requires hands-on AWS experience and a commitment to quality in a health industry environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, IAM) required.
• Strong microservices development experience.
• Experience designing and building APIs.

Job Description - Backend Developer

This is an opportunity to work with a well-established Health provider across an impressive native-cloud technology stack on AWS, building out an enterprise-scale order lifecycle management system.

REQUIRED

• Hands-on experience and understanding of AWS environment (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, IAM, ... )
• Strong hands-on experience with microservices development
• Adept skills creating and designing API’s

NICE TO HAVE

• Acquired AWS Certified Developer certification
• Understanding of IaC such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices in AWS Cloud environments
• Ability to design and deploy CI/CD pipelines
• US Health industry experience such as working with HL7 or HIPAA software
