SYSGEN RPO is seeking a skilled Back-End Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and scaling backend services. You will design and implement robust RESTful APIs and collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, focus on database design, security, testing, and performance optimization, and contribute to code reviews, deployments, and documentation.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of professional Back-End Development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, Node.js or PHP and RESTful APIs.
• Strong database knowledge (relational and/or NoSQL).
• Experience with Git/version control and standard practices.
• Understanding of security, authentication, and data protection.
• Debugging, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with microservices, cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, and automated testing is a plus.

We are looking for a skilled Back-End Developer with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing scalable and reliable back‑end applications and services. The ideal candidate has strong programming and API development skills and can collaborate effectively with front‑end developers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable back‑end applications and services.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front‑end applications and external systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following development best practices.
• Design, implement, and optimize database structures, queries, and data access processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.
• Implement application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in integration and system testing.
• Collaborate with Front‑End Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Contribute to technical documentation and development standards.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Back‑End Development.
• Strong programming experience in at least one back‑end language such as Java, C#, Python, Node.js, or PHP.
• Hands‑on experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of database technologies, preferably both relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git/version control and standard software development practices.
• Understanding of application security and authentication mechanisms.
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of message queues or event‑driven architecture.
• Experience working in BFSI or other highly regulated industries.
