Mission

Ensure MEMS product quality through the state‑of‑the‑art back‑end manufacturing quality practices.

Main Activities

• Overview the quality of the changes related to package, assembly and test.
• Manage the non-conform lots at assembly and final test.
• Track the quality indicators of back‑end production plants.
• Eradicate issues generated at back end with focus on problems affecting customers.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure that solutions adopted in back‑end production embed the quality requirements.
• Collaborate with PQA and Product Development teams to ensure cross‑fertilization of lessons learned/best practices.
• Manage changes relative to assembly in collaboration with HQ Quality.
• Contribute to Line Stress plan definition and review results.
• Support product/technology transfers among manufacturing locations.
• Manage and support customer audits, including audit agenda coordination, preparation, follow‑up actions, and communication with customers.
