YOUR ROLE

Mission

• Ensure MEMS product quality through the state-of-the-art front-end manufacturing quality practices

Main Activities

• Overview the quality of the changes related to wafer manufacturing and wafer probe
• Manage the non-conform lots at wafer manufacturing and wafer probe
• Track the quality indicators of front-end plants
• Eradicate issues generated at front-end with focus on problems affecting customers
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure that solutions adopted in front-end production embed the quality requirements
• Collaborate with PQA and Product Development teams to ensure cross-fertilization of lessons learned/best practices
• Manage changes relative to wafer manufacturing and wafer probe in collaboration with HQ Quality
• Contribute to Line Stress plan definition and review results
• Support product/technology transfers among FABs
• Manage and support customer audits, including audit agenda coordination, preparation, follow-up actions, and communication with customers

Qualifications

• Quality oriented mindset
• Graduate in engineering, physics, and science in general
• Competence in wafer manufacturing and wafer probe as a plus
• Green belt is a plus
• Years of experience 5 years and above
