Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish, English and French; international partner communication.
• Experience in customer service, sales support or travel.
• Organized, detail-oriented with proactive attitude and CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist travel advisors during booking process and provide product guidance.
• Prepare quotes, follow up, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
