What You’ll Do

• Keep training sessions fresh, interactive, and aligned with business goals
• Evaluate the impact of training programs and continuously optimize for performance

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer (specializing in sales development, customer acquisition, or renewal sales)
• A proven track record of driving sales success through impactful training programs
• Strong facilitation and communication skills—you know how to capture attention and motivate action
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate insights into training opportunities
• Bonus points if you have B2B sales or account management experience
