Job summary

RABYTE PTE LTD in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive marketing activities for our semiconductor distribution business. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, FAEs, and principals to generate demand and strengthen customer engagement.

The role focuses on planning, campaigns, product launches, and GTM programs, supporting sales with lead generation and enablement, and staying ahead of market trends to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, or technology distribution.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor products, channel marketing, and B2B demand generation.
• Experience working with principals, distributors, OEMs/ODMs, or design houses is an advantage.
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with Sales and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Manage product launches, demand-generation campaigns, digital marketing, seminars, webinars, and trade shows.
• Work with semiconductor principals on joint marketing programs, MDF/co-op funds, and GTM activities.
• Support Sales and FAE teams with lead generation and sales enablement.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
