Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Support professional focused on Azure Virtual Desktop administration and enterprise remote desktop delivery.

You will diagnose, implement, and support complex VDI environments, including host pools, session hosts, and related Azure services. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, perform routine maintenance, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support.
• Extensive experience with Azure Virtual Desktop administration (host pools, session hosts, workspaces).
• Strong troubleshooting of desktop hardware/software and remote desktop delivery.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure Virtual Desktop issues including host pools and session hosts.
• Perform IMAC activities and data backup/restore where required.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet SLA and ensure secure remote desktop delivery.
