Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead end‑to‑end technology solutions that align business goals with scalable, secure architectures.

You will design cloud-native and hybrid solutions on Azure, integrate web and mobile platforms, and collaborate with finance stakeholders to ensure regulatory and risk controls are met. The role requires strong architectural leadership, a background in financial systems, and the ability to mentor delivery teams in a hybrid work setup at our

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years as Solutions Architect or senior engineering role.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native design.
• Background in web and mobile application architecture.
• Experience with financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Genesys) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hybrid work model experience.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end solution architectures aligned with objectives and standards.
• Translate functional/non-functional requirements into scalable designs.
• Design cloud-native/hybrid solutions using Azure services.
• Architect web and mobile apps with API-driven, microservices patterns.
• Align architectures with finance domain needs (payments, reporting).
• Design and govern API integration and security considerations.
• Embed security-by-design and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in architecture reviews and maintain ADRs.
• Provide hands-on guidance to development teams.
• Create architecture documentation and communicate decisions.
