Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking an Azure Security Support Engineer to provide security-focused operational support for Azure cloud services across APAC. The role complements the global Azure Architect and aims to maintain a strong security posture while ensuring stable day-to-day Azure operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring environments for threats, implementing IAM and encryption controls, handling incidents, and coordinating with global IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Cybersecurity or related field.
• 3–5 years in cloud operations, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity roles.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services (compute, networking, storage).
• Understanding of cloud security principles and controls.
• Experience with security monitoring, SIEM tools, or incident response.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a global, distributed IT environment.

• Understanding of cloud security principles and controls.
• Experience with security monitoring, SIEM tools, or incident response.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a global, distributed IT environment.
