Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a global subsea leader to recruit a cloud integration specialist in the Philippines. You will design and implement cloud-based integrations, APIs, and event-driven solutions, leveraging Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, from development to deployment, with a strong emphasis on security, reliability, and observability. The role requires a solid background in C#/.NET, REST/OpenAPI, and DevOps practices, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with C# and modern .NET stack (DI, async/await, testability).
• Experience building and operating integration services and orchestration logic.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI, and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on with Azure integration services: Functions, Durable Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Familiarity with Git and PR workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus as company adopts it.
• Strong focus on testing, reliability, and production observability.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, structured, with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support cloud-based integrations, APIs, and event-driven solutions connecting enterprise apps and data platforms.
• Build scalable and reliable integration services using Azure technologies with strong monitoring, security, performance, and operational stability.
• Own integrations end-to-end: development, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with architects, security teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver secure, maintainable integration solutions.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience building and operating integration services and orchestration logic.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI, and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Azure integration services:
  • Azure Functions
  • Durable Functions
  • Azure Logic Apps
  • Azure Service Bus (topics, subscriptions, DLQ, retry patterns)
  • Azure Storage and Key Vault
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Familiarity with Git and pull-request-based workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory pipelines, OneLake, Real-Time Intelligence) is an advantage, as the company expects to adopt it.
• Strong focus on testing, reliability, and production observability.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working with a high level of ownership.
