Job summary

Arcadis in Manila seeks a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate DevOps platforms and pipelines that enable reliable, secure software delivery across global products and services. You will own CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, cloud governance, and DevSecOps, mentor engineers, and collaborate with software, security, and architecture teams in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

Role description:

Enable reliable, secure, and scalable software delivery by designing, building, and operating DevOps platforms, pipelines, and practices that support global enabling function products and services.

Role accountabilities:

Leadership

• Act as a senior technical leader and role model for DevOps practices across enabling function software teams.
• Mentor and support engineers and product teams in CI/CD, automation, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering, platform, security, and architecture teams to align delivery practices.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in the software delivery lifecycle.

Technical Skills

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and repeatable software releases.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and configuration management for cloud and platform environments.
