Job summary

Datamatics Technologies LLC in the Philippines seeks a Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to manage and operate enterprise cloud platforms on Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on cloud administration, Terraform-based IaC, GHES, and CI/CD operations to support existing platforms.

The ideal candidate will maintain infrastructure, monitor health, implement secure networking, and participate in release management and knowledge transfer across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Azure administration and operations experience in a production environment.
• Terraform IaC experience including modules, state/backend management, plan/apply workflows and drift remediation.
• GHES, GitHub Actions, self-hosted runners, and pipeline-driven Terraform deployment experience.
• Experience with releasing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines; avoid manual portal changes.
• Strong knowledge of Azure landing zones, subscriptions, resource groups, and networking.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting solutions, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Administer Azure subscriptions, resource groups, networking, identity, RBAC, policies, Key Vault/secrets, monitoring and cost controls.
• Own Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code: modules, providers, variables, state/backends, drift detection and remediation.
• Operate CI/CD pipelines on GitHub Enterprise Server (GHES), workflows and self-hosted runners; support Azure DevOps integration where applicable.
• Ensure infrastructure/configuration changes are version-controlled and deployed via approved CI/CD processes.
• Monitor platform health, availability, capacity, security alerts and integration failures; assist in incident triage and RCA inputs.
• Execute controlled releases, deployment verification and rollback procedures per change-management.
• Troubleshoot network, identity, API, data-access and connectivity issues across Azure, GCP and on-premise dependencies.
• Maintain runbooks, deployment checklists, configuration inventories and handover documentation; conduct knowledge transfer.
