Job summary

WTW is hiring a Cloud Operations Analyst to join a global team ensuring continuous operation of Insurance Consulting and Technology cloud services. You will support, operate and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure powering our Cloud/SaaS products used by clients worldwide.

You will manage changes, incidents, monitoring, and automation, contributing to IaC, CI/CD and robust incident response. Candidates should have Azure experience, ITIL knowledge, and strong English communication across time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supporting and managing Azure or other cloud providers.
• Hands-on with infrastructure monitoring and observability tools.
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
• Solid ITIL Service Management knowledge and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT Service Management processes including Change, Incident, Problem, Monitoring, Maintenance and Service Request.
• Configure, respond to and resolve monitoring alerts for system health, security, performance and capacity.
• Provide support for production and non-production environments to ensure uptime and service levels.
• Collaborate with solution architects, infrastructure engineers and developers on technical delivery.
• Develop and document operational processes and best practices.
• Work across time zones with diverse teams and clients.
