Job summary

blaseek is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Application Support Analyst to join our IT team. The role targets junior to mid-level candidates with hands-on AX 2012 experience.

You will deliver application support, resolve technical issues, and assist with system enhancements in an existing AX 2012 environment. The position follows a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) and requires working the graveyard shift.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
• Knowledge of AX 2012 modules (Sales, Procurement, Finance or Inventory).
• Experience with SQL Server and reporting tools (SSRS).
• Willingness to work graveyard shift and hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd- to 3rd-level AX 2012 application support in production.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and implement fixes.
• Support AX 2012 configurations, customizations, and upgrades.
• Assist with X++ development, report support, and interface tasks.
• Document issues and resolutions; collaborate with business teams.
