Job summary

blaseek is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics ERP Specialist to support and enhance AX 2012 while applying D365 F&O insights to evolving business needs. The role emphasizes independent work, high quality, and proactive improvements.

You will provide 3rd-level support, customize AX 2012, develop X++ code, conduct upgrades, and collaborate with teams to optimize processes and data migrations. Strong documentation and communication are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
• Strong knowledge of AX 2012 modules: Sales, Procurement, Finance, Inventory.
• Proficiency in X++ and MorphX development environment.
• Experience with AX 2012 architecture, data structures, and customization.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and database management.
• Experience using SSRS or LaserNET reporting tools.
• Understanding of integration technologies (e.g., AIF, Readsoft).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and challenge processes constructively.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd-level support for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, addressing user inquiries and resolving technical issues.
• Configure and customize AX 2012 to meet business requirements and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain X++ code, reports, and integrations.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and hotfixes as required.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations.
• Assist with data migration and integration projects.
• Evaluate and propose improvements to technical solutions.
• Communicate clearly about challenges and potential system issues.
• Share best practices and technical expertise with team members.
• Apply working knowledge of D365 F&O to support transition and innovation initiatives.
