Job summary

V2 Solutions is seeking an AWS Technical Lead Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design and deliver cloud-native solutions for EY GDS. You will drive event-driven architectures, microservices, and serverless components using Python or Node.js in AWS.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable platforms, ensure reliability, and mentor junior engineers while upholding security and observability best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with strong quantitative focus.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Proven programming proficiency in Python and Node.js, with hands-on AWS experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement event-driven systems using Kafka and related messaging technologies.
• Build and manage microservices with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda and Step Functions.
• Work with container platforms: AWS EKS/ECS and Azure Functions.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and observability through monitoring and tuning.
